We aren't trying to extract maximum margin per user. We are part of a larger network of practice + curiosity destinations, so each individual tier funds itself at modest pricing. If our pricing surprised you on the low end, that is by design — cognitive practice should be broadly accessible.
Explorer (free) is for curious newcomers. Three tests per day is plenty to sample every cognitive category — verbal, numerical, spatial, abstract, memory, logical — and decide which feels worth investing in. The free tier exists permanently; we don't trick you into a trial that converts. We rely on ad revenue (responsibly placed, never blocking content) to fund the free experience.
Plus ($1.99/mo) removes daily limits and ads. If you find yourself returning daily and bumping the 3-test ceiling, this is the natural next step. Pure focus, no friction. Plus exists because a few dollars a month feels right for "I genuinely use this regularly" — and it costs us a few dollars a month to serve a daily-active user without ads.
Pro ($2.99/mo, our recommendation) is for deliberate practice. You get per-skill progress charts, time-on-item tracking, and the ability to build custom practice sets that target one weak area at a time. This is where cognitive growth gets measurable — not as an "IQ score" but as honest progress on the specific skills you've chosen to develop. Most subscribers settle here.
All-Access ($3.99/mo) adds the rest of the Grande Web Network's premium content with one login: A2Z Trivia for knowledge testing, A2Z Word Finder for vocabulary depth, Puzz.com for cognitive games. If your household enjoys multiple kinds of cognitive practice, this is the bundle. Cost-wise, one All-Access sub is cheaper than two separate Pro subs across two sites.
All-Access + AI ($4.99/mo) adds an AI coach who watches your progress across every skill domain and tells you, weekly, where to invest your practice time next. The AI is a recommendation engine — not a teacher pretending to be a clinician. We are clear that AI coaching is for practice optimization, not cognitive diagnosis. Useful for anyone who likes structured weekly check-ins on their own growth.
A quick at-a-glance view if you prefer feature lists to prose.
Same honest framing as the rest of the site. We want you to subscribe for the right reasons.
Premium does NOT give you a clinical IQ score. No tier of AllIQTests, free or paid, produces a clinical-grade intelligence assessment. For that, see a qualified psychologist who can administer a standardized, normed instrument like the WAIS-IV or Stanford-Binet. We say this in big letters on our About page, and we will say it again here: a score on our site is a useful practice indicator, not a clinical measure.
Premium does NOT promise a measurable "IQ jump." Cognitive research is clear that practice produces near-transfer gains (you get better at the specific tasks you practice) but modest far-transfer gains (improvement on "general intelligence" is much smaller). We will not sell you a fantasy where six weeks of practice raises your IQ by 20 points, because the research doesn't support that claim and we won't pretend otherwise.
Premium DOES give you better tools to practice with. Unlimited tests, detailed analytics, custom sets targeting weak areas, AI-guided practice schedules. These are tools to make your practice more efficient and more enjoyable — same as a gym membership giving you better equipment than a pair of dumbbells at home. The growth still requires the practice. The tools just make practice more rewarding.
